TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Our Framework is handmade and locally manufactured with solid wood and we offer a 10 year guarantee to the timber frame only, if the product is used for the purposes intended and used in a conducive environment.
- Not included in the timber guarantee is the webbing/springs/foam
- We offer a 1 year warranty on upholstered items that include/stitchwork but excludes fabric/leather used to upholster the items.
- Fabric/leather guarantees are held with the relevant suppliers.
